Softball & Stuff

We opened up our intramural BYU softball league today. Our team name is "The Swingers". Haha...here is a picture of me playing softball WAY back in the day:

Softball game #1: We lost 10-9
My stats: 4-4, 2 singles, 1 double, 1 home run, 4 RBI's, 1 run scored

This was a very frustrating game. We were leading most of the way. The score was 7-1 going into the bottom of the 6th. Then they scored 7 runs! We came back the next inning and scored two to retake the lead and make it a 9-8 game. Then the last half inning, our pitcher walked a couple guys and they ended up scoring two runs to win the game 10-9. The thing that bothered me the most was our team was making dumb bonehead mistakes! If we would have made smart throws and caught the ball, we would have done MUCH better. Oh well. I do love softball though and I would threat to say, I am pretty DANG good!

The summer semester has begun. Backpacking will be out of this world and Biochemistry is going to be a blast! Maybe I am just weird. :/
